Advice : I don't like people who give 0 SP unless they come with a special ability of some sort. Balrog the Boxer doesn't fall there. His 600 BP is the only thing that deserves a look, but there are many cards with 600+ BP that give SP as well (Huitzil, Ken, Zangief).
