Advice : One 'Activate!' card from turning into a 1400 point monster, and he brings just enough SP to activate it. The evil overlord has excellent stats & brings his own back-ups; if there's any downside, it's that Bison reshuffles your deck even if you don't have any Juli/Juni cards in there. Late in the game, or after the game, you shouldn't need Juni/Juli cards.
