Advice : A decent card with a very useful ability; the ability alone #may# warrent the rarity level. Not only do you view the opponent's top card, you also get to get rid of some potentially harmful cards in the process, especially in the late/post game. With Pester and Joe, your opponent can loose much of their deck. I always like having one in my deck.
