Advice : Ibuki lost some stats since the last game, and a rarity ranking, but she's still a good card to have. Despite the downgrade, she's managed to turn more ninja and less schoolgirl. Paired up with Blue Mary, Ibuki can power herself up as much as she'd like as long as the patsy is kept frozen. Otherwise, she makes a decent pair with Lin. NOTE: Ibuki's Flower Song requires that the opponent have a card out.
