He's good for your deck if you think you can use all your SP quickly (or lose enough cards) and reduce your opponent's SP to nothing. Because his power goes into effect at the start of your turn, you can't turn it off by throwing him in a United Combo. Remy has gone through a minor change not counting his backup list (still no one notable); Remy has an additional 3 SP which makes him helpful before his power kicks in. Make sure you won't shoot yourself in the foot with his ability.
