It's a really short list now, but Victor is still tough enough to deserve a spot in your deck early on when sheer POWER can intimidate. Too bad Victor still isn't a big 'team' player; the people he helps are weaker and the people helping him are better. If Victor got help from Haggar, I'd have nicknamed him 'Lariat City'.
